Lublin police seize nearly 300,000 illegal cigarettes in Warsaw

Officers from the Economic Crime Division of the Lublin Regional Police Headquarters detained a 52-year-old Armenian citizen in Warsaw on suspicion of illegal cigarette trading. Exactly 295,215 cigarettes without Polish excise marks were found in the man's apartment, outbuildings and garages. Potential losses to the state treasury were valued at over half a million zloty.
