Grandson took out loans using grandmother's data: losses near 20,000 zloty
Between October and December 2024, a 20-year-old persuaded his grandmother to open a bank account, then used a banking app and a parabankk institution to take out five loans in her name without her knowledge. Total losses reached nearly 20,000 zloty. The woman discovered the fraud when she began receiving debt collection notices. The grandson and his girlfriend face five charges each, including four counts of fraud in connection with loan agreements.
