Senator Chris Murphy discharged from hospital after stroke, to miss several weeks of votes

Democratic Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy has left the hospital following a stroke. He will be absent from Senate votes for several weeks due to rehabilitation. Murphy had been mentioned as a possible Democratic candidate in the 2028 presidential race.
