Putin demands more than Donbas, threatens to destroy Ukrainian infrastructure
According to Financial Times sources, Russia is demanding from Ukraine not only the unoccupied part of Donbas but additional territorial concessions as a condition for peace. Putin allegedly threatened to destroy all Ukrainian bridges, ports, railways and power plants if Kyiv does not comply. According to sources, a ceasefire during talks in Abu Dhabi (November 10–11) is unlikely — Russia first wants to regain battlefield advantage through winter attacks.
