Armed attackers kill at least 33 people in eastern Congo village

In North Kivu region in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, armed men murdered at least 33 village residents. Local residents blame the ADF group, which pledged allegiance to ISIL in 2019. The region has long struggled with Ebola outbreaks and armed violence.
