Holecka's husband's case in court: were fines justified?

Police submitted a motion to fine Krzysztof Dunin-Holecki, detained on November 1 for traffic violations. Other drivers received fines. Attorney Tymoteusz Paprocki told Fakt that one cannot rule out that officers acted improperly and the fines can be challenged — the court must address this.
