Independence March organizers expect up to half a million participants
Rafał Buca, spokesman for the Independence March Association, announced that this year's march may draw half a million or more participants — three times more organized coach trips than last year. The march will depart traditionally from Roman Dmowski Square at 14:30 under the slogan "Pole in Poland is master of his own home." Organizers say last year they estimated attendance at 300,000 people, though figures vary by source.
