New York Times seeks to buy Letterboxd for roughly $330 million

The New York Times Company is in exclusive negotiations to acquire Letterboxd, a social platform for film enthusiasts, for approximately $330 million. Sony Pictures Entertainment and production company A24 have also expressed interest in purchasing it. The deal has not yet been finalized.
