25-year-old faces jail time after ignoring four driving bans

Officers noticed the car's poor technical condition; the driver also lacked valid technical inspections and was not wearing a seatbelt. The man received fines totaling 1600 zł and 8 penalty points. Officers filed a request with prosecutors for his arrest — he faces up to 5 years in prison.
