Three wanted for drug offenses arrested in Łomża district
Police arrested three people wanted by the District Court in Łomża: a 27-year-old woman sentenced for drug possession and her 30-year-old ex-partner sentenced for distributing them — both to one year and three months in prison. A third detainee, a 48-year-old from Nowogród, was to serve 3.5 years for trafficking a significant quantity of narcotic substances. One of the men attempted to escape to the attic when he saw officers. All claimed they were unaware of the warrants; all were taken into custody.
