Sejm passes 24% income tax rate and higher corporate tax for large firms

Parliament has for the second time passed legislation introducing a new 24-percent personal income tax rate and changing tax brackets. The law also raises the corporate tax rate for the largest businesses to 22 percent. The measure was approved by 236 MPs, opposed by 207, with no abstentions.
