National Council of the Judiciary gives positive assessment of Constitutional Court's resumed activity
The National Council of the Judiciary adopted a resolution positively assessing the resumption of the Constitutional Court's activities with judges appointed from April 2026 onwards. The Council appealed to the Court to urgently address backlogged cases, particularly those concerning the protection of citizens' rights.
