Semiconductor law: 1.5 billion zloty from defense budget for Polish science
A draft law has been submitted to parliament allocating 1.5 billion zloty from the defense budget to a fund supporting Polish science and industry. The funds are to finance projects developing domestic semiconductor production capacity. This is part of a broader strategy to make Poland independent from foreign suppliers of critical technologies.
