Israel blocks medical treatment abroad for 1,100 amputee children from Gaza

An NGO warns that Israeli restrictions on travel and medical evacuations prevent over 1,100 amputee children from Gaza from receiving treatment abroad. The children cannot leave the conflict zone to obtain prosthetics and rehabilitation unavailable in the destroyed enclave.
