Expert: Democrats want minimum 50–75 thousand US troops in Europe

Following US midterm elections, experts are debating the future of American military presence in Europe. Analyst Rafał Michalski said Democrats are pressing to keep at least 50–75 thousand troops, preferring deployment in Poland and the Baltic states rather than Germany. Congress and the Pentagon are also in dispute over how to spend funds supporting allies.
