Ukrainian man with 2.0 BAC attacked partner and kicked police officer in Nowogrodziec

A 31-year-old Ukrainian citizen residing in Osiecznica municipality attacked his partner in public, then two bystanders who intervened. Police from Nowogrodziec detained him, but the man kicked officers, threatened their lives and insulted them — a test showed over 2 promille of alcohol. The court heard the case in expedited proceedings, police applied for his deportation, and he was handed over to Border Guard in Zgorzelec.
