Parents of Mirella from Świętochłowice charged after year-long investigation

On Tuesday, November 3, police brought Mirella's parents from Świętochłowice to the prosecutor's office, where both faced charges including abuse of a minor, exposing her to serious bodily harm, and causing severe prolonged illness. Sabina Kuśmierska, head of the District Prosecutor's Office in Chorzów, said that with such a cumulation of charges, a court can impose 3 to 20 years in prison.
