Gas explosion verdict: 3.5 years for construction site manager

The District Court in Legnica sentenced construction site manager Dawid K. to 3.5 years in prison and foreman Illia Ch. to 3 years for causing a gas explosion in Ścina­wa in November 2021. Two people died from the blast; they succumbed in hospital days later to severe burns. Two other victims survived after months of treatment.
