Fehmarnbelt tunnel construction draws tourists: 100,000 platform visits
Construction of the Fehmarnbelt subsea tunnel connecting Denmark and Germany has become a tourist attraction. The Pilen observation platform, opened in 2025, has already drawn more than 100,000 visitors who can watch the progress of the massive infrastructure project.
