Constitutional Court vice-president: all judges should leave, new ones elected by 2/3 majority

Constitutional Court Vice-President Bartłomiej Sochański proposed a way out of the crisis around the court: all current judges would step down and the Sejm would elect new ones by a two-thirds majority. This would require broad agreement among parties in parliament.
