UN accuses Russia of violating humanitarian law in attack that killed 33
The UN human rights monitoring mission in Ukraine accused the Russian military on Tuesday of breaching fundamental principles of humanitarian law. The accusation concerns one of recent attacks in which 33 people died. The UN called for those responsible to be held accountable.
