Marijuana drying operation on attic in Polkowice county: up to 20 years in prison

Police in Polkowice arrested a 44-year-old county resident on October 29 after finding a marijuana drying operation in his attic. Officers discovered a 170 cm cannabis plant, more than 5 kg of cut plants being dried, and almost 35 grams of processed material. A court in Głogów ordered three months' detention; he faces up to 20 years in prison.
