Clashes and gunfire at National Guard facility near Kyiv

Riots broke out near a National Guard facility in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka outside Kyiv where soldiers were reportedly being held. Shots were fired at the scene. Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Ukrainian president's office, said "yesterday's events are unacceptable for the state" and pledged to investigate the matter.
