Tourist from Podkarpackie wins 14.5k zloty in hotel switch dispute in Albania

A resident of Podkarpackie paid 11,000 zloty for a family trip to Albania but the travel agency changed his hotel at the last minute — the replacement proved disastrous. The agency offered only 4,500 zloty in compensation, but the man rejected it and after court proceedings settled for 14,500 zloty. He now wants the UOKiK to take up the case.
