Zelenskyy: Russian attack on aid center proves no will for de-escalation

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy assessed that the Russian attack on a humanitarian aid center is further evidence that Russia does not seek any de-escalation or genuine peace. Zelenskyy called for those responsible to be held accountable and condemned the attack as a deliberate action targeting civilians.
