Kapiński: actions toward Constitutional Tribunal bear hallmarks of coup

Zbigniew Kapiński, first president of the Supreme Court, said on Radio ZET that all actions taken at the Constitutional Tribunal are unlawful. In his view, Judge Bogdan Święczkowski remains the legitimate tribunal president, and Friday's events outside the tribunal building — involving over 1,000 police — bear hallmarks of a coup. Kapiński also commented on police conduct during protests.
