Presidential Office to file complaints after Nawrocki incident at Constitutional Tribunal

Following Friday's incident at the Constitutional Tribunal, during which President Karol Nawrocki appeared in person at the Tribunal building, a confrontation occurred with individuals appointed as Tribunal judges by the current Parliament. Both sides accuse each other of using violence, and recordings of the incident circulated on social media. Presidential spokesman Rafał Leśkiewicz announced complaints to prosecutors, pointing to violation of the head of state's physical inviolability. Nawrocki cut short his trip to Senegal and returned to Poland.
