Wrocław prices rise, Tri-City falls: apartment costs in October

In October, apartment asking prices in Wrocław rose 2.8%, reaching 15,954 PLN per m². — the highest since the start of the year. In Tri-City, the average price fell 0.7% to 17,689 PLN per m². On four markets, prices are not keeping pace with inflation, meaning real value of listings is declining.
