From November 1, 2026, company registration goes online only

Starting November 1, 2026, company registration with CEIDG will be conducted exclusively online — paper applications submitted at municipal offices are now a thing of the past. Entrepreneurs can register their business through Biznes.gov.pl, e-banking, or the mObywatel app. An exception is made for minors, who may still submit an application in traditional form.
