Kallas warned of Putin at G20, Moscow called her a scarecrow

EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas warned that Vladimir Putin's participation in the December G20 summit in Florida could lead to normalization of Russian war crimes in Ukraine. Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zacharova responded sharply, calling Kallas a "scarecrow" and questioning the significance of her opinion. Kallas did not withdraw her position.
