Polkowice: intoxicated 56-year-old lay on road near cemetery
The incident occurred on November 1 around 3:00 p.m. in Polkowice. Police officers patrolling cemetery areas found a 56-year-old man lying on a parking lot road — the man said he was heading home and decided to lie down. He was under the influence of alcohol, and his position exposed him to being hit by a vehicle and hypothermia. Officers drove him to his home, where his father took charge.
