Constitutional Court faces bankruptcy threat as PiS judges may boycott vote
The Constitutional Court's General Assembly will meet on November 3 to adopt a financial plan. Budget approval requires votes from at least two judges appointed by PiS, but according to Onet's unofficial reports, none of them plan to attend. A boycott would leave the court without a financial plan and risk real bankruptcy.
