18-year-old in Legnica to pay 5,100 PLN fine for forcing right of way

A collision occurred in Legnica during rain when an 18-year-old Mercedes driver failed to yield to a Dacia, causing a crash that damaged both cars and road signs. During the police intervention, it was discovered that the Mercedes passenger was not wearing a seatbelt. The driver received a total of 5,100 PLN in fines and 15 penalty points.
