Riots in 34 German cities: Molotov cocktails thrown in Frankfurt

On Saturday, tens of thousands of Gen Z protesters took to the streets in 34 major German cities demanding better education and lower cost of living. In many cities the protest turned violent — most severely in Frankfurt, where police were hit with Molotov cocktails. The situation was brought under control only at night following an intervention by a special commando unit.
