One in three Polish workers threatens burnout
According to research by the Confederation of Lewiatan, one in three workers in Poland suffers from burnout or is at serious risk of it. Two out of three workers are unable to recover emotionally or physically at least once a week despite rest, and 66 percent report experiencing chronic exhaustion. Experts distinguish between exhaustion—reversible through recovery—and burnout, which involves lasting changes in attitude toward work and colleagues.
