Ukraine attacks oil refinery in Kstovo, 450 km from Moscow
In the night of October 31 to November 1, Ukrainian forces attacked the oil refinery in Kstovo, Russia's second-largest gasoline producer, located approximately 450 km from Moscow. At the same time, Russian attacks cut power to hundreds of thousands of families in Ukraine and destroyed a landmark building in Kramatorsk. The strike on Kstovo marks another Ukrainian attack on Russian energy infrastructure.
