Tusk addresses situation surrounding Constitutional Court

Prime Minister Donald Tusk delivered an address, broadcast on Saturday October 31, concerning the situation around the Constitutional Court. In it he referred to events outside the court building, which he assessed as appalling, expressing hope that similar scenes will not be repeated in the future.
