Drunk 18-year-old on scooter hits police car in Lublin

The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. on Nadbystrzyckiej Street in Lublin. Police attempted to stop an 18-year-old riding on the sidewalk—he ignored signals and struck the rear of the police car. A breathalyzer showed nearly 2 promille of alcohol, and the scooter had its speed limiter removed. The case will be referred to court.
