On October 29 around 8:30 p.m. in Jelenia Góra, police spotted a motorcyclist with a court-ordered driving ban. The man fled, breaking traffic laws, until he hit a police car with his bike and fell. The 44-year-old turned out to have four lifetime driving bans, and the motorcycle worth nearly 100,000 zlotys had been stolen days earlier in Germany.
