Man with knife enters school field in Warsaw, caught in metro
On Thursday, October 29, around 1:55 p.m., a young man cut through the fence of an elementary school on Kasprzaka Street in Warsaw and walked across the school field with a knife. After school staff intervened, he left the grounds. Municipal guards from the IV District Office found him hiding in a toilet at Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station and handed him over to police. The school notified authorities through the so-called golden phone – a priority line for principals.
