Światowid from Zbrucz may not be Slavic
A four-faced stone statue pulled from the Zbrucz river in 1848, called Światowid, was placed in the Archaeological Museum in Kraków and became a symbol of Slavic beliefs. Many researchers, however, question its Slavic origins — the sculpture has no inscriptions, and its decoration does not match any other artifact. The argument about multi-headed gods comes from Saxo Grammaticus's chronicle concerning Polabian Slavs located over 1000 km from the discovery site.
