Turkish firm refuses to complete S17 expressway section Zamość–Tomaszów Lubelski

Kolin Insaat has officially stated it will not resume construction of the 18.5-kilometer S17 expressway section between the Zamość Południe junction and the Tomaszów Lubelski bypass. GDDKiA gave the contractor a 28-day deadline to resume work, expiring in early November, but the Turkish firm ignored the notice. Work progress is minimal — most of the earthworks have not even begun.
