Polish Nuclear Power starts preliminary construction work application

Polish Nuclear Power has submitted an application to the governor for permission to begin preliminary construction work on Poland's first nuclear power plant. The work will include deep excavation and the land-based portion of the cooling system. Approval will allow certain work to start before the main construction phase.
