Krakow's Fiorentina named Poland's best restaurant, without Michelin star

At a ceremonial gala in Jamaica on October 14, results of a prestigious world restaurant ranking were announced. Poland's winner is Krakow's Fiorentina, inspired by Tuscan cuisine, beating among others Bottiglieria 1881 by Przemysław Klimy, which holds two Michelin stars. Fiorentina has no Michelin star, making its success particularly surprising.
