Beijing agent close to NVIDIA chief: Trump knew a year, took no action
According to The New York Times, Alice Huang, a Chinese businesswoman linked to firm Megaspeed, allegedly acted for Chinese intelligence and maintained close contacts with NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang. U.S. authorities monitored her communications and briefed President Trump roughly a year ago, but he did not act—fearing damage to NVIDIA and trade relations with China. Jensen Huang himself was not warned by authorities; NVIDIA denies any trade secret breach occurred.
