Train crash in Spain: AVE traveling at up to 200 km/h

A preliminary report from the independent commission investigating Wednesday's rail disaster in Toledo province confirms the high-speed AVE train was traveling at 160–200 km/h when it struck a stationary train. The accident killed 69 people and injured many others. A full investigation is expected to take at least several weeks.
