Funeral expert from Gdańsk: we choose coffins and urns with families
Janina Górska has worked at a funeral home in Gdańsk since 1992. She helps families daily select a coffin, urn, and inscription for a wreath ribbon, facing their despair head-on. As she admits, the emotions bereaved relatives experience are something you cannot get used to — sometimes they cry together with her. People occasionally flee the funeral home in tears when the finality of loss hits them.
