Building official and site manager arrested in bribery case in Puck
Gdańsk police and the Central Command arrested a Puck County Building Inspection Office official and a construction site manager. The site manager allegedly brokered a bribe to secure a building inspection aimed at shutting down a service venue, and accepted payment for his role. On October 8, police searched apartments and offices, seizing documents and data storage devices. The investigation accelerated after media reports in May.
