S19 Lublin–Lubartów construction: 400,000 tons of asphalt and Poland's largest plant

The S19 section between Lublin and Lubartów spans roughly 23 km, with work significantly advanced though progress varies across segments. Construction will use approximately 400,000 tons of bituminous mix total. Poland's largest bituminous plant has been launched in Wandzin with capacity of 320 tons per hour, allowing a loaded truck to depart every 5–6 minutes.
