Lithuania warns Russia may use hybrid attacks at NATO borders

Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda assesses that Russia will not be ready for open war with NATO over the next two years, but may resort to hybrid attacks. He does not rule out so-called border interventions similar to incidents between Latvia and Belarus in early October. Lithuania takes this threat seriously.
